I actually just picked up one for DS last night from The Children's Place. It is gray and red. They also have a navy blue/yellow one along with a navy blue/light blue one. It was $49.99 but you can use the 15% off they send you in the mail.

I got two, one puff coat from Babies R Us for like $20. And then a nice Gap coat for $55.

JCPenney - my mom got both boys coats on clearance last year for $5. They only wore them for a month and they still fit so I'm not buying new ones.

We got a Nike at Marshall's for about $20 - it's puffy and reversible too, with a hood.

ralphlauren.com when they are on sale for his puffy everyday one! for a dressier coat, i got him one at lord and taylor.
ETA: i saw a ton at marshalls and tj maxx too!

I usually get the 3-in-1 from TCP, but last year I got him an Osh Kosh on clearance from Buy Buy Baby to wear this winter.
I heard that TCP has their coats on 30% off plus you can use the coupon on top of that.
