Those with kids close in age..
I am part of the 2 under 2 club and my older one wants nothing to do with holding her sister. Anyone else go through the same thing? I am lucky I get a picture of them a few inches a part.

I do not have 2 kids, but my friend was a 2 under 2'er. The older is a girl and younger is a boy. When I saw them and their DS was 3 mos old, I asked their DD "Is that your baby brother" She said "No". My friend told me about how she had issues "accepting" their DS.

My BIL & SIL have a 5 yr old boy and 10 month girl. The boy will not go anywhere near his sister and if you ask him about his sister he says he doesnt have one. . 
I am sure it is just a phase he is going thru now.

It's so weird because he knows that it is his sister and will kiss her and hug her and share his juice  but minute I ask if wants to hold her it's "uhhh no, no, no, nooo"

We went through that. It lasted almost a year for us. In the beginning Sarah would actually vomit if she saw me holding him. Oh, and she would walk as far away from me as possible to get around in the house. It was horrible, I was so upset all the time.
Now (3yo and 19 mos) they are the best of friends. Play together all the time, make each other laugh non-stop, if I scold Andy she will immediately defend him. So freakin' cute!
