What I did was pick out both boy and girl beddings, and then once the baby was born I ordered the boy bedding and decorated the nursery (once I felt up to it). I didn't really think it was necessary to have the nursery decorated before the baby came, since the baby doesn't even sleep in the nursery for the first few weeks.
Just my .02!

mine is Dream Teddy by Lambs and Ivy you can find it on babies r us. I bought the accessories from Amazon.com where they were cheaper. Bedding is on my registry

I actually picked out girl and boy bedding and painted the room Honey Pot yellow (this is for Molly and we did not know the sex) which matched both sets. Then after I had my little one I ordered the bedding that went w/the gender.
