They're making The Other Boleyn Girl a Movie!
I'm rarely excited about books to movies, mainly b/c I rarely like the movie but I'm so excited to see Catharine of Aragon (one of my 'heros') on screen that I'm looking forward to this.
Got this off of wiki:
In the 2007 movie version of the book The Other Boleyn Girl by Philippa Gregory, Catherine is played by Ana Torrent, opposite Eric Bana as Henry VIII, Scarlett Johansson as Mary Boleyn and Natalie Portman as Anne Boleyn.

Actually if you look on IMDB.com, there was an annoucement that this would be made into a movie, but it was supposed to be in 2007 and it doesn't like like it is even in production yet.

The Other Boleyn Girl was the only book I ever wanted to read twice. I am over the top excited that it's going to be a movie. And Scarlett Johansson is one of my favorite actresses.

I'm 3/4 of the way through this book - would be very curious to see how it plays out on the big screen.
Anyone see the preview's for "Tudors" on Showtime? Looks like it picks up around the Anne Boleyn era.

 I just told DH I'm signing us up for a Showtime subscription (we only get HBO now).
For whoever asked, The Tudors begins April 1.
