Thanks....It was only my first one but I'm so discouraged already. I didnt think I'd be so disappointed b/c I thought I was ready for bad news since the chances of it working the first time are not that high at all.

I dont think we are ever prepared for this kind of disappointment no matter how many times it happens. But just keep on keepin on. Do something nice for yourself today. I will be praying for your comfort and to keep a jump in your spirit.

I don't remember if you did clomid or not with the IUI but most pg's happen within the first 3 tries. Good luck!

No we're doing natural IUIs for now...no meds or anything. Just good ol' IUI. Maybe I should post a ?? as to who had success with natural IUIs...just for a little encouragement KWIM?

so sorry to hear this. i am with you and know how you feel. my 1st iui failed also and instead of a pregnancy test tomorrow, i am going in for bw us and the ok to start again. i have been losing it all week and can't seem to stop feeling sorry for myself and my husband. what a ride this is. glad to have you girls to chat with. hang in there.

I too realized today my first iui didn't work.
We just have to continue to support each other and just like someone said "the process" works in the long term
