I just go to http://images.google.com/ and type in the number I want to search for. Then, I just pick the pic I like. I get at least a hundred pics for each search.

No, it's not tedious - I do enjoy it. I usually go to google and type "picture of ###" in the search. It just never occurred to me to do it your way.
