Started Kickboxing boot camp tonight
I went food shopping last night and started today. Thye said if we follow the plan and go 5 times a week we will lose 20-30 pounds in the 10 weeks, i am soooo excited!!!! Cant wait to get thin again...wish me luck!!!

No its a class, ultimate body shaping, they do before and after pics and measurmments, last time i did it i lost 22lbs in 10 weeks so im really excited..

well depends on what you look like when u start...some people are bigger and they lose fat and show some definition, thinner people are RIPPED by the end, i swear its nuts!!!
You go 5 days a week....they have both am times and pm times, and a clas son sat. if u wanna go six times, you can essentially go as much as you want....
You follow a nutritional plan wich is basically 6 meals, u eat a carb, prot. and veggy in each....calories are restricted based on your weight....so they give u a formula caled BMR and it tells you what to eat to maintaine weight...so then you minus some cals and workout and thats how u lose....
It cost 325 for 10 weeks, so about 5 a class....LIVEAGAIN is also going with me...

Wow! It looks awesome! You are going to be sooo fit. I wish I could make a commitment to something like that but with me working days and DH working evenings...it wouldn't work. Good luck!!

Before baby I would be all over that - I love boot camp classes - I used to teach them - but now I don't have any baby sitter, so I'm stuck doing boot camp DVDs at home!!

It is so great, I did it before I got married. I didn't last the full 10 weeks but it really works. It is alot of fun and it helps you if your frustrated. You just kick and punch the bag and put a face on it. LOL

haha everyone can do it, and they give u modified options for back trouble,...yea u pretty much hit and kick stuff to music, fun

im just folloiwing the plan they gave, they allow one day (1meal) reasonable cheat...like pizza or somehting...nothing crazy...
pretty much 6 meals a day (small) and u pick a carb and a prot. add a veggy to 2 of th emeals....I have to weigh and measure everything, alst night i added it all up and i had 1400 calories total...so i was happy with that!!
Oh BTW thew class burns 5-700 calories of you give it your all, its a little crazy but fun...

The last time you did this- did you diet as well??
A friend of mine took a very similar class, and followed it (5-6 day/week) and lost 1lb and a few inches...???
I would love to join, but dont wanna spend all this $$$ if Im not gonna lose any weight...
(I dont eat totally unhealthy- but I have a real hard time sticking to a strict diet)
When does it start? And how much was it??
Or you doing the Selden location?

She ate like she normally does- not unhealthy, but not healthy either...
