If you bought in Nassau was your appraisal somewhat close to what it's value was listed as on mynassauproperty.com???

My appraisal came in more than what was listed as fair market value on mynassauproperty.com

Ours was not correct. The house only appraised for $15,000 more than what we bought it for and I believe the town had it assessed for more. I just went on tonight, and I think they have adjusted the numbers because I don't remember them being as low as they are now.
