The car is $500 
We did the higher deductible because the price yearly was amazingly low (it's under $700) and *if* we need it (God willing we won't  ) it'll be for something big.

we are thinking of doing a $1000 deductible - I figure if someone steals my $600 TV - id rather just buy a new TV rather than have a claim on my insurance - any thoughts?
