The funny thing is that Passover is actually my favorite holiday...but only for the first few days. I love the seders and all of the traditions that go along with them, and a lot of the special foods that I only get to eat at that time of year. However, I do not enjoy cleaning and making my house kosher for Passover, and after day 4, I've pretty much had it with most of the food!

It's so funny - my dad is Jewish but he never actually kept to any of the holidays except for when I was younger and his girlfriend was Jewish too. I HATED Passover then because I always wanted to eat something I wasn't supposed to - and I would only be with them for ONE weekend, not even the full time.
But all other times when I'm not "forced" to follow it, I love matzo, jelly rings, etc. etc...
