Spinoff: Another Quit Smoking Question
I see that a lot of people quit smoing cold turkey and a much smaller percentage used the patch or meds to help them. I am curious about the success rates.

cold turkey- 5 months ago- and haven't had 1 since then.
they say that cold turkey is usually the least effective form, but i think it has more to do with your willingness/ desire to quit, than which method you use.

cold turkey.....after trying 1000 different ways, the only thing that worked for me...

Cold turkey - still not smoking
almost 10 years ago. It wasn't easy but it had to be done.

I totally agree!!!!
I quit cold turkey over 3 years ago. I think that is the best way to do it...imho
