Sono today - bad news ** Update
I am just devastated and I feel like this is all just one big nightmare that I can't wake up from. I am at work right now and trying to hold it together but it's hard.
DH met me at the RE's office this morning. She did an internal and was looking for the sac. I was looking at the screen but I saw nothing. She kept moving the probe around and I asked her why I didn't see anything. She said that was her concern too. But, there was nothing there. Nothing at all. Possibly a sac but she couldn't be sure. I should have been almost 7 weeks and I did IVF so it's almost certain I should be almost 7 weeks. She said even if I had a late implanter, there should be something there. But, there is nothing. I was in shock. I couldn't cry, I couldn't do anything. The dr was talking but I didn't really hear her. It was my worst nightmare.
She took blood from me today. She wants to see what my levels are. If they are still high, she wants me to see a radiologist to make sure she didn't miss something or even worse, to make sure it's not an etopic. She said there is a small chance that she missed it. She said it has happened once or twice but I should prepare myself that this is not a viable pregnancy. I just can't believe this is happening. I just want to go home and cry but I have to sit here and work.
I just knew something wasn't right. I had symptoms in the beginning but they went away. I just knew but I still wasn't prepared.

Update ** Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. I got my beta results. It was only 330.  I have to go back in a week for follow up blood work and then I have to call them when af shows. Now, DH and I have to decide what is the next step.
