snow day wed????
So how many of you are already thinking we may have our first snow day? I hate to say this but with winter break next week, I would much rather go through the week without a snow day.

I could do without it...Wednesday is my early day at work which means I usually walk to the bus & then from the bus. I also usually take the bus after work to the Dr (maybe I'll cancel this). Work I will NEVER have a Snow Day. I have to be there no matter what!!!!!

I am coming home on Tuesday morning.. As much as I LOVE the WARM weather I miss my Hubby and want to be home for V DAY... SO snow Tuesday NIGHT PLEASE

I thought I heard it was suppose to snow Tuesday night into Wednesday, but then stop....not sure though.

My place NEVER closes either nor my DH's and there is always a chance my DH will get asked to work OT either day because someone doesn't make it in.......how convenient

If it hits the Hudson Valley just right I can skip college Tues night and have a snow day (finally!) on Wed.
Im hoping it might even still be snowing Thurs am for a second day off or even a 2 hour delay!
(Ladies who dont want snow- please reconsider! I dont get a Pres week and desperately need a DAY OFF!!!!

I agree. With vacation a week away, I don't want the snow day. Either save the day for May, or have a snow day in the middle of March, because March is a LONG month!

I'm hoping for the same perfect timing. I work for a nonprofit that is on a college campus, and we go by their closing schedule. It has to work out just right for it to snow heavily Tuesday night and still be bad Wed. am for them to close. I live in Queens, and if they don't close, I may just end up taking a day to avoid a bad commute.

I agree- unless it's enough to close my office- which would be FEET- not inches
I would rather skip it
I have a meeting on Long Island that morning anyway- so it will be extra annoying
