You need to cut out all sweets, creams, lotions and fried foods and take the greens 4 - 6 times per day. The key is getting your body back to a proper PH level. When you achieve a proper PH level for a few days your complexion will be to die for. I know it sounds far fetched but it works! Try it!

seriously thanks for the info, i'll check it out.
I know cutting them out is hard. Sweets make the body acid. Real bad for everything, let alone your skin. But it works. And here's a side benefit. When your body has the proper PH level you automatically loose weight without changing your eating habits. Oh there is one more benefit - you feel better and live longer!

i'm sure thats great - and i know that you don't already know this, but the LAST thing i need to do is lose weight. i am for a healthy body and what have you, but i could do without that side effect.

Sorry, I meant that for anyone else reading this thread. You will only lose weight if you need to. Hard to explain but at the proper PH level the body seeks it's ideal weight (unless you are eating way too much food of course).

although there is no way to permanently reduce the size of pores, regular facials will REALLY help.
this is my routine:
AM
- wash w/ cetaphil
- apply organic jojoba oil to damp skin (this stuff is AMAZING)
PM
- wash w/ cetaphil (sometime i dissolve 4 or so uncoated aspirin to exfoliate)
- aspirin mask 3x per week (AMAZING results)
- apply tea tree oil (wash off)
- apply organic jojoba oil
