Singulair and Weight Gain

I was recently diagnosed with asthma and my doctor is playing around with medication. I was on Prednisone but he just switched the Pred. to Singulair. I didn't gain on Prednisone, which was good since a lot of people do. My doctor told me that it could increase my appetite, but not cause gains in and of its own right. So, I just counted calories really carefully on it. But, when I researched Singulair, I read a whole bunch of reviews where people said they gained weight and were counting calories and working out.

So my question is for people who are on Singulair-did you notice any weight gain?

I should add that my wedding is in 100 days, so its not time to play around with gaining weight.

I've never been on this med, but that being said if you think you may be gaining weight because of it, go to the doctor. 100 days before your wedding is no time to screw around with weight gain!
