"Free admission limited to cardholder and one guest per participating institution."
They didn't cite any limitations in the terms & conditions other than the above. It looks to only limit the number of guests per museum but not the number of days.
Also note the site says you'll need photo id plus the BA credit card, ATM card or MBNA credit card.
