Second time moms.....
what the heck do i need for baby number 2? Trying to get a list going? Please help? DS will be 27 months when the little princess comes....

I've been wondering the same thing!!! Here are some of the things that I am planning on getting but would love to hear BTDT mom's advice! DS#1 will be 13.5 months when DS#2 is born.
Bottles (I'm sure not a necessity but I thought DS should have new ones!)
PJs, undershirts, white onesies - I have TONS of clothes from DS and they are born around the same time of year, but I figure DS#2 needs some new ones.
Bibs and burpclothes - they get kind of nasty!
Second camera for the monitor
Nursery furniture and gear - including crib sheets, etc.
Carseat
Humidifier
Sound machine
ETA: I'm adding to my list as others post good ideas!!

I saved everything from DS. I needed clothing, diapers, crib, changing table, sheets/bedding, towels, new nipples for bottles and new pacifiers. New diapers creams, etc. Alcohol and swabs for the belly button.
I re-used the infant seat and bases we had, since they were only 2 years old and never in an accident. Double stroller(s).

All of this, plus:
Alcohol/guaze
a new thermometer (each kid should have one that's dedicated to their butt IMO)
bibs/burp cloths
t-shirts
some new washcloths
double stroller (I'm getting one from my cousin)

bigger diaper bag (already got the Le sportsac one and I LOVE it!)
diapers/diaper cream
new nipples (for the bottles and maybe me )
a couple new pacis
