Scheduled C-section moms

How far in advance was your c-section scheduled...??? (Like as in did you get a hospital date)

AND....

How many weeks were you at your scheduled delivery????

they scheduled mine for 1 week before my due date... i think they scheduled it about 2 weeks or so before... DD was breach, so we were waiting to see if she would turn around

I was scheduled about 1 month prior to it. I could not be scheduled before I was 39 weeks PG (Hospital rules!).

Mine was a month before too. Too bad I went into labor 12 hours before I was scheduled!

Oh...I was 38 weeks

mine was last minute, scheduled for 3 days before my due date.

My c-section was scheduled a month in advance...and it was scheduled a week before my actual due date...at 39 weeks...(I was shocked I lasted that long.. )

I scheduled it about 6 weeks in advance I think? It was scheduled for exactly 39 weeks.

Of course I went into labor two days before the scheduled date!

Mine was scheduled 3 weeks before I think. I remember that it was scheduled right before the Christmas holidays. Shaylie was born the week before my original due date at 39 weeks.

I think it was about a week before. I was scheduled at 37w5d. I had to have an amnio the day before to check for lung maturity.

I was given a possibility of 2 days in the very beginning. I wound up picking the one I liked best

Mine is scheduled for 38 weeks 6 days, but they aren't sure I will make it to my scheduled date. My OB only does them on wednesdays and they thought 39w 6d was too late to schedule it. My OB gave me a date back around my 1st trimester but they don't officially put it into the hospital computer until the month before b.c that is the earliest the hospital will allow them to enter it.

With my last pg, I got the date about 3 months or so in advance for my c/s and I was 37 weeks.

I'm not sure yet when I find out the date with this one as they want to do testing at 36 weeks to determine if I will deliver at 36 or 37 weeks

I was scheduled for 39 weeks they would not do it early. I think they actually gave me the date at 35 or 36 weeks

Mine was scheduled about a month to a month and a half. Its happening a week from today and today was my pre-surgical testing also.

Mine was schedule 3 or 4 weeks before for 39 weeks.

Mine was scheduled only 2 days before. I wasnt planning on having a c/s until we discoverd DS was nearing 10lbs and I wasnt dilating.
I delivered on my due date at 40 weeks.

Normally they try to schedule you a week or 10 days before your due date. I was due on the 29th and was scheduled on the 22nd.

I was scheduled 3 weeks in advance for 38 weeks.

I went in to my Dr the friday before my due date and they scheduled it for that monday.

My Dr scheduled me a month before I was due! and I had my c-section a week before my due date.

I was given the option on Monday and I had my scheduled C that Friday. I was exactly 39 weeks.
