Sayville /(oakdale) Holiday GTG- Maximum 25-30*Update* ALL FM"S SENT...did anyone not get one???*another update at bottom*
Ok...I have some more info...
Heres how maybe we can work it...
On this thread in your response only right ME if you want to come at all.
After that I will respond to whoever writes ME with the 2 weekends I am thinking.
Money wise...
They want me to leave them 1/2 deposit. Then collect from the mothers the day of. I would be willing to do this but after we get the EXACT list together and you still say you are going...I would want to collect that money regardless of if you show or not knowing that you said YES and confirmed. Does that work? or should people send me a check and then I go give them the $? I dont like the money part of it but like I said they want it upfront. I am also willing to let people bring the money to my home.
Lastly, do you want 1 hr or 2? One hr is 100 2 hrs 200. That would get divided up by the amount of people going so we wont know that until we get the exact amount.
I hope this works

I am fming everyone 1 day right now...if you CAN NOT attend at the bottom of this post write "Cant"...
Ok...let me start fming 6 at a time 
IT IS 12 DOLLARS PER CHILD...ADULTS DONT HAVE TO PAY.

Also, do you have a paypal account? You could have people pay you at that account, up front. Then, you can pay the 1/2 deposit and the rest the day of.

I was just thinking that...Ummm yeah...I guess, right? So if the person brings 2 kids then they would get charged 20 if it was 10 dollars. But hopefully we cant get over 20 and it will be less

I don't mind paying per child. We'd be bringing two with us. The exact number may not be necessary at this point, but definitely when it's time to figure out the cost, and make arrangements.

I can not do the 15th - I have to take a test that day, so as long as it doesnt fall on that day, I would be interested, but I would have to have a ballpark of how much money would be needed so I can plan around that, budget, save, etc so that I would be able to go.... As soon as you have a date, and a definite list of people so that I can estimate mathematically the division of money, I could go from there with a definite yes...

It should NEVER exceed 25...
Its 200 dollars flat. If we get 20 its 10 each and less if we have more.
With just what is listed above its approx. 27 dollars and I know for sure there are people that still have to add their names from last nights conversations. I would estimate we are looking at 10 dollars.

i can only make it though if it's on Dec 8th in the late am/early afternoon since we r celebrating hanukkah with DH's family that day(1st night type celebration for us)-we'll be down from ct

We def have to be at IL's by 4-5 pm the lastest....errrr, I can never make these things
Well if by any chance the time changes or if it's a different weekend let me know please. I might be able to convince DH to take another trip down to LI in December besides the 8th

I got a few FM's on how to work the money out...
Heres a few ways...
#1 you can mail it to me and I can pay upfront.
#2 I can stay at Gymboree in sayville for an hr on a sunday and everyone can meet me up there with the $

We really only need the 100 up front so I only need 10 people to meet me and then the further away girls/guys can give it to me the day of. But like I said...once your name is listed we would have to be committed to pay me back regardless of attendence. The final list will be made after I give the dates/ times tonite. Thank you everyone for all the FM's asking to help and what you can do! So many people have given such great ideas. i will post them after we get an idea of whose going.
