repost.. anyone have any ideas what to get a 3 year old??
its my best friends daughter. I am at a loss and dont feeling like asking my bf what her daugther likes. Would rather surprise her!!! TIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to Toys R Us in the Little Tikes section or Fisher Price section...they have cute stuff...maybe one of those little vanities

If you want to be a mom's best friend don't get something with a lot of little accessories. Payback has been a b!tch for the 72-piece Barbie accessorie set I bought my niece. I thought the little muffin pans with the muffins that came out were adorable. My niece shrieked with delight. Then I saw my sister's face.
I think dress up is the way to go. They have a trunk at Toys R Us with different costumes. Later post-Halloween, pick up more costumes for extra Christmas/Hanukah gifts.
eta. Don't get Polly Pockets. I have tiny rubber clothing & shoes ALL over the house.
The Pet Store is a cute gift if she's not a girly girl.
