Reminder-Hot Halloween Moms Starts Wednesday

Post your goal here and on Wednesday all post all the sign ups and their goals.
Please make sure you check in even if you're struggling. It takes some time to put everyone together and we always have lots of people sign up but only a few who check in regularly. Just once a week on the weekly thread, that's all I ask.

OK me first.
My 6 week goal is going to be to lose 10 pounds, exercise 3 times a week at least for those 6 weeks and to cut out sugar and processed carbs.

My goal is to excercise at least 3 times this week.

WW weigh-in is on Wednesday but I'm maintaining a loss, not losing more. Ok if I lost more I'd be thrilled but I'll settle for what I've accomplished so far & work on tigtening up.

Can I join? I need all the help I can get. I am struggling on the basics here. My goal is to develop a habit of drinking 8 glasses of water a day. I used to do this sooo easily. Now its an effort, and doesnt usually get completed until 10PM.

Hopefully this will help me get to minus 10 by Halloween.

My goal is to lose 5 more lbs in 6 weeks. I am at a plateau with my weight so I think they only way to do it is to exercise. I am going to start the gym again this week and hire a personal trainer.

Oh, I thought we already started last WednesdayChat Icon
Well, AF came last Thursday for the first time in two years on her own. She moved in and raised he ll so I cheated a few times.

My overall goal is to lose 20 lbs. and bring me back to a bit less than my pre-pregnancy weight. I guess a realistic goal in six weeks is 10 lbs. It's alll in the front of my belly... wonder why...lol.

I cut back on portion sizes but I'm not necessarily cutting out any one food. We are a whole grain/no junk food house. I almost exclusively drink water as it is. I'm walking outside for an hour everyday that the weather, and DC's teething situation permits, and starting yoga again in about a week.

My goal is to lose 10 lbs and train myself for a fitness test, I have to start running at least 3-4 times a week.. I will be trying to cut down on carbs...

My goal is to work out 3 times per week. We have alot going on at home right now and my workout room at home might get torn apart real soon so this could be way more difficult than it sounds...

My 6 week goal is to lose 5 lbs. Overall, I would like to lose 10-15. I plan on eliminating cookies from my diet to start Chat Icon

My goal is to work out consistently at least 3x/week. I failed this morning already, but I will try again tomorrow morning. Sleeping in has been more of a priority these days, but that needs to change.

My goal is to lose 10lbs in the 6 weeks. I plan on exercising 3x a week inlcuding walking and a 20 min dum bell work out. I also joined Sparkpeople.com for great tips and work out ideas.
I am drinking more water and going to do my best to limit my sugar intake....that is going to be hard.Chat Icon

I am joing Golds Gym and exercising 3-4 times a week..they have a daycare so it's perfect.

I am cutting out carbs for dinner.

No more picking at sweets during work.

Good reminder. I've been lax in the water department. I only drink water but I need to up the amount.

I would like to loose 5 lbs, walk on my treadmill 3x weekly and start to use hand weights.

My goal is to walk more with 1 or both the kids around the neighborhood (which will be easier now that it has cooled off a bit).

DRINK MORE WATER!!! Ack...I MAYBE drink 1 or 2 glasses a day.

And I'd like to tone up my belly

My motivation is that 2 people have said "You don't look like you had 2 kids back to back"Chat Icon

That and I bought a size 10 jeans in Old Navy over the weekend
