Remember Me - Before and After Update with Pics
Here is my second update from last time
Before
1st After lost 9 pounds
NOW lost an additional 4 pounds
The funny thing is I have only lost an additional 4 pounds but I have lost over 10 inches in my second after pic.

Yes Patience is definately one of the secrets. I don't have it all the time though. I have come pretty close to throwing my scale out the window a few times. 
The time between pic 1 and pic 2 is 5 weeks. The time between pic 2 and pic 3 is 6-7 weeks. A total of about 12 weeks from start to finish.
My first challenge I did a 1400 calorie diet and went to the gym 6 days a week. I lost 9 pounds.
My second challenge I originally planned to do the same thing but after 2 weeks did not loose any weight at all. That is when I went out and got measuring tape to see if I was losing any inches. I also took a week off from the gym and upped my calories by about 500. I then started my gym routine a week later this time with a 1800-1900 calorie meal plan.
I am finding that I keep having to change my routine to continue to loose weight about every 5 weeks or so.

Thanks ladies
No I am not on WW. I do follow some of their principles though. I basically sat down one day and calculated how many calories I needed to loose weight the healthy way( meaning 1-2 pounds a week) and then I found the most nutrious foods to make up those calories.(fruit,vegetables, whole grains, fish etc )
In the beginning I cut out juice entirely so I could eat more. 1400 calories a day I needed all the chewable food I could get.
That has stuck with me now though b/c now I can not drink a lot of juice even if I try. I am now addicted to water. I drink at least 2 liters a day.
I also have been attending the gym since June. It is my new hobby. I just started running last week. I am now running 3.5 miles a day. This is a great accomplishment coming from someone who tried to run in June and my body ached so bad I thought I was having a heart attack.
