Registering for online only products wwyd?

I haven't registered yet and I won't until we know what we're having in October but I was just looking on BBB and I saw the most amazing Graco print. It's called Birkshire but all the products are only available online. Would you not put those on the registry because most likely people would rather pick things up in the store off of a registry? I'm torn! Here's the print.

I'd definitely put it on! I feel like most people buy things online anyway.

I absolutely fell in love with Birkshire and initially registered for all the pieces... car seat, stroller, high chair, etc. I ended up changing my mind bc I had a real problem with not seeing it in person. Most of the time, things look very different in person and I was just nervous about not liking the pattern. If that doesn't bother you, I'd go for it! Love the pattern.

That's true about not seeing it in person. I'm sure I'll fall in love with everything when I go and register in person!Chat Icon

Re: Registering for online only products wwyd?

For my bridaly shower I put mostly online items only because I did my registry online and most of the stuff I wanted just ended up not being available in stores. I figured, no biggie. Most people are used to ordering online anyway. Welp, I was wrong. A lot of people must've gotten lazy with their shopping and waited until the last minute (making it too late to order anything) so they ended up getting me odd things that I didn't even register for. It was pretty disappointing since me & dh were not living together beforehand and needed a lot of stuff. Ever since then I'm kind of worried about doing "online only" things. I started looking at baby stuff today and all the things I like seem to not be available in store Chat Icon go figure. Not sure what to do about it. I'm afraid of it happening again and people just getting me tons to clothes I don't need and nothing that I DO (since this is our first child and we need a lot).

So I guess my only advice is to go for it if that's what you really want but enter at your own risk. People might get lazy Chat Icon

I'd put it on-- there's always a few guests that prefer online shopping.

I spoke to my sister who lives in NC and she said she'd glady buy me the online stuff so she doesn't have to worry about getting her gifts up here. She's the best!Chat Icon

I would go for it! If your entire list was online that would be one thing, but having a few items aren't a problem.
