? re:DC who need white noise to sleep
What do you use? I am taking the window AC unit out, should I replace it with a fan, what about during the colder nights? Is it bad to keep a humidifier on all night every night?

I always have something on in DC room. Now I use the fan that is in the AC, but in the winter I will use a humidifier. I have noticed tha wallpaper starting to peel from having it on all the time last winter...

A white noise machine. They sell them at LNT and BBB for around $15. Here's the one we use. sound machine

I have a cd in their room that is white noise and then a noise machine just outside their room. AND they still wake up in the middle of the night if I use the bathroom

I just bought a sound machine. My sis used one for all three of her children and worked great.

I use one too and my DD wakes up too. As soon as she hears so much as a creak in the floor....bam...she's awake!
