Real Estate Attorney Needed
Anyone have any recommendations for a real estate attorney in Port Jeff Area that could help us with our co-op that we currently have up for sale by owner?

We used David Prokop he's in Rocky Point when we bought our co-op, he was great and his assistant was awesome so patient.

The seller's attorney was awesome too, we always said if David wasnt available we'd go to her. She used to be in Setauket but moved to Bohemia

Diane Holland - is very good and very organized - gives you a book of documents for easy reference later on to save and for tax purposes

We used Nicole. We had four different contracts and 3 different rea and she is the only one we kept in the end. She is awesome. Will use her again. Great staff and she is no nonsense ina proper English way.
