Real Estate or Tax Attorney Needed
A friend of mine is looking for recommendations for an attorney. She just lost her job and has a baby on the way. She can't afford her mortgage payments and neither can her DH. He has a house of his own that he bought for a rental property a few months ago. They are thinking about moving into the rental and letting the foreclosure process take over on her house if she can't find another job, which will be tough to do at 5 months pregnant and showing. She's worried that the bank will go after her DH's house if she's in foreclosure. Does anyone know the answer or know of any attorney that can advise her? I feel really bad for them and have no idea what to say. Thanks for any feedback.
