Questions to ask when looking at a Potential Home
I am trying to compose a list of questions to ask the RA and/or seller when looking at a house. Here is what I have so far:
What are the taxes?
What elementary school?
What kind of heat? How old is the system?
What kind of windows? How old are they?
How old if the roof?
Why is the seller moving?
Have there been any other offers on the house?
Any others...

Has the electric been updated?
Is the oil tank above or below ground?
How long has the seller lived in the home?
Reason they are selling?
Does the house have all of its CO's or Permits?

Here in GA. I missed a question and ended up with another 800 a yr fee.
Are there any HOA fees?
How old is the house?
Are appliances electric or gas?
