Questions to ask when home buying?
We own a condo, but are starting to house hunt. Does anyone have a list of questions to ask the realtor? I have a few I always ask (age of appliances and heat/air, etc) but I keep thinking I may be missing something important! TIA!

how old is the roof/boiler/hot water heater/doors/windows?
why are the owners selling/looking to move?
how long has the house been on the market?
eta: are there CO's for everything that need it?
