Question for the food allergy moms
Did you just have the blood tests done or did you have the skin test too?

Our ped. had us go to a lab to do the RAST blood tests. Then when they came back positive they sent us to an allergist, who did the skin test. We're going for a second opinion tomorrow so I imagine they will do skin testing again, we already had the blood test results sent over.
BTW, the allergist told me that the skin test is much more accurate than blood tests.

thanks! we just went for the RAST tests this morning and our ped said depending on the results he'll send us to an allergist.
