question about back pain..
anybody have any back pain... I am 30 weeks pregnant and i am having a lot of back pain and pain down my leg... any suggestions as to how to make it not hurt so much??

I had it about a week ago. Doc told me it was sciatica. Nothing really you can do except recline and stretch. If that is what you have, hopefully the baby will move off the sciatic nerve. Some people say you can put a flash light or music to your belly to get the baby to move.

I have intense back pain and I've had it for almost 2 months now. It's all the nerves in my lower spine-- they are just a mess. I'm at 32 weeks now and it's getting worse  I am at the point now where I can barely walk- and I am told that there is really nothing I can do about it
I have been going to a pregnancy chiropractor who has helped me alot. She stretches me out and has shown me stretches to help. I also sit with a back support pillow at all times. Don't sit on couches- they hurt you even more- Try and sit on chairs.
I also wear a the Belly Bra (I know it sounds funny) but it's a special tank top/support bra that helps your back.
