Posting on here b/c you guys know more than a GYN.
what does it mean when your period becomes shorter.
I used to be a 5-6 day girl, but now it's barely 4 days.
does it mean anything for conception (if I ever try to conceive)?

Not too sure, but I"ll tell ya, I was the same way - I used to have a 5-6 day AF, but a few years ago it started getting shorter. Now it's 3, maybe 4 days long. I was still able to get pregnant with Alex though - but, I'm having some more difficulties this time around.

It's not the best sign if its consistent. Some things yuou can do though:
Acupuncture-see a specialist in fertility-LI Holistic is one and a vendor on here
Organic foods-lots of fruits and veggies
Evening Primrose Oil-if you are TTC stop after O and if not Pg start again when you get AF. If not TTC you can take it for your whole cycle
Fertilaid-a blend of herbs used to help egg quality.
