Positivity..update

Hi Ladies

Maybe it's beacuse I got an extra hour for me this weekend, or simply because it's the weekend.. but I just wanted to share this positive energy with everyone.

Last month was a struggle for DH and I. TTC was getting stressful and I promised myself I'd be in a different place this month. This month, we've been just enjoying our time together and not thinking about any kind of pressure. We still talk about being parents.. but not in a "why not me" kind of way.. more of a "it's going to be so exciting I cant wait" way..
Im back to thinking positive! I think Ill be in the 2ww in a few days and although I truly want this to be our month, it's ok if it's not. Im in love with my husband and one day it WILL be our month.

If any of you have read the secret, Ive "put it out there" and trust that it will happen when the time is right. I pray and have faith that I will one day be a mom, and a great mom at that!
In the mean time, Im taking good care of myself by eating right, having a good time with friends, exercising-even going back to yoga this morning.

Anyway, Im proud of myself this month. Hope you dont mind me sharing this with all of you... I know I've had months where I could have used a fresh perspective... and many of you have been there for me... so thanks for that :)

UPDATE ... went to yoga, and speaking of the secret and the law of attraction...Today our instructor taught us a new pose. It's called baby pose. You put your right foot in the crook of your left elbow and then reach your right hand around your knee to meet your left hand... you continue to "rock your baby". We did this for 15 minutes. If that's not a sign that the universe is listening, IDK what is!!!

This is such a good way to be especially with ttc. I think the more stress free and carefree you are about it, the quicker it will happen.

I got pregnant when I was the least stressed!!! I wanted to be as carefree as possible about it so I didn't use opks or temp. You know what I got pregnant without anything!!!!!! I was completely relaxed and happy when it happened.

You have such a great attitude! It's great that you are enjoying your husband and appreciating what you do have, vs. what you don't have just yet. I'm trying to de-stress as well. Trying to get to yoga more often too :)

such a wonderful attitude, its so easy to lose sight of what's important when ttc hits your brain.. i was freaking out last week, just thinking about baby and it wasn't helping.. i should take ure advice and run with it.. seriously.

I want to have this positive attitude too...it's just so hard after having the miscarriage last week. All I keep thinking is I hope it happens again soon, bc I dont know if I can deal with more disappointment.

I love this. Good for you!!! I consider myself very positive. I am so excited to start our family, and I am trying my hardest to be patient. I have read the Secret and I like the idea of acknowledging all that we are thankful for, and putting out our readiness to accept a pregnancy.

Good for you. I know it is not easy to be this way when you want something so bad. I'm so with you on this. I am also trying to "just go with it" and enjoy what we have.
