Positivity?
So I'm insanely positive about this cycle - we bd'd all the right times, used preseed and instead cups, I ovulated a day earlier than normal, and my temps are looking good.
My problem is I don't want to set myself up to be hurt again. I keep trying to talk myself down.
I just find it all very very sad that it has to be this way

I feel exactly the same way this cycle!
There's a fine line between staying positive and getting your hopes up - and I'm not really sure where than line is drawn, but I've definitely crossed it!

I know what you mean. I feel like every cycle DH and I do all that we can- use preseed, B6 to try to lengthen luteal phase, OPKs, temping, charting CM, ahhhhhhh! So far no luck. But....eventually it will pay off for me and it will pay off for you too!

I totally agree. I never know if I should be positive or negative. I can never figure out which is better or worse for me.

It's so hard. I always try to stay cautiously optimistic, knowing that the chances are not in my favor, even with all the things done right. Getting my hopes up is just too upsetting.

I believe they are cups that you insert (like a tampon) to "catch" AF... Never used them, but I know people who do and they're big fans...
