Pollo al Ajillo Recipe..

Here goes...!!

POLLO AL AJILLO

Calorías/ración: 300
Preparación: 60 min.
Dificultad: Baja
Comensales: 4


INGREDIENTES:

4 muslos de pollo u 8 contramuslos
8 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
4 dientes de ajo
1 ramita de perejil

PREPARACION:

Salar los trozos de pollo y sofreírlos con el aceite en una sartén grande hasta que estén dorados. Picar los ajos y añadirlos, bajar el fuego al mínimo, tapar la sartén y dejar hacer durante 45 minutos, removiendo y dando la vuelta a las piezas de pollo de vez en cuando.


Separar la salsa de la sartén en un bol, añadirle el perejil picado y mezclar bien. Servir el pollo en una fuente, recién hecho y con su salsa por encima.

CHICKEN TO THE AJILLO

INGREDIENTS:

4 thighs of chicken or 8 contramuslos (LEGS)
8 spoonfuls of olive oil
4 teeth (CLOVES) of garlic
1 small branch of parsley

PREPARATION:
