POLL********Do you have ac in the living room/main living area at home??

we DON"T because DH doesnt want it.....I am home all day with 3 kids and its so HOT but since he doesnt have AC at work than why do WE need it

UM hello its so hot and we dont have a pool either so I want AC in the livingroom

Yes we have AC in the living room. Its a must have in the summer....that is where we spend most of our time.

i feel your pain! we have an a/c unit in our living room but DH doesnt like to turn it on because he's "frugal"!!!!

eta: this time of year, we argue quite a bit over whether or not to turn the a/c on!!!! i usually win...

it's not healthy to be hot all day. There is a health risk here...you have young children and you all can suffer from heat stroke.

Tell him if there's no AC at least he can put in a pool!

Go to PC Richard and buy one -- why is it always the DH's decision?? He isn't the one home so it shouldn't be up to him.

Get one and have someone install it.

I would be absolutely miserable (read: intolerable) if I had to sit in a hot house all day.

We have an A/C in the living room window and one in the wall in our bedroom

Yes we have four Ac I in the master bedroom, one in the computer room which i am in right now, and one in the diningroom which cools of the livingroom.

We haven't put one in yet. We are going to see how it is when it gets hotter. We have a ceiling fan in our great room which helps a lot. We put the one in our bedroom today though.
