Poll: How much do you spend on clothes/shoes a year?
Just curious. I rarely shop because I don't want to spend too much and actually feel guilty when I buy myself something even though I need it! But I feel so many people have money to buy clothes and shoes throughout the year.
Side question- Do you shop when you need something or just to have something you like?

hmm thats a good question.
i thnik about $1500 a year - max
i live in tj maxx marshalls brooks brothers outlet - lots of discount stores. i never pay full price. so i think the clothes i buy are probably WORTH 3,000 but im sprending about 1,500 to buy them since im a ssavvy shopper

I said $1k-$3k. It's a wide range, but where I think I best fit.
Easily over $1k a year though.
It's harder to estimate now since my DH and I share credit cards. I can't blame it all on me, and I can't blame it all on him.

I haven't had a normal year in a while. Last year I was pregnant and this year I'm trying to lose weight so I've been forced to buy clothes even though I'd rather not (at least not in this size). It has to be over $1k.

I'm always looking for something. lately I've been focusing on new pants.

I don't even want to think about it. And, this year it's been a lot because I went through 5 sizes. And I needed decent work clothes.
