I prefer to wear a bathing suit bottom.

There was one time that the masseuse requested that I go naked. I asked if it made a difference to them, and he said he preferred me naked (), so I did it.

But honestly, I'm not a huge fan of having my bare butt touched and massaged, so I usually leave on a bottom.

I never wear a top.

I have worn mine...and another time I had a seaweed wrap and massage and they gave my some type of makeshift undies I think....

Yes. I know they change the sheets but I still keep them on.

Nope. I'm supposed to be relaxing. I don't relax with panties on. Any massage I've had, they don't touch the full buttocks. They massage that area through the sheet.

I wore underwear once and the woman kind of made a thong out of them, and it was SO uncomfortable I couldn't focus on the massage so after that, I stopped.

usually I leave it on but not always. I often ask for them to get my gluts and sometimes I have them dig an elbow into my gluts. Um, why do I think this will get misquoted?? . Why does this question remind me of that scene from Meet the Fockers and, "Oops, hit some driftwood!"

But for the record, I do wear underwear. There is no reason not to. I wear hip hugger types anyway, so they don't interfere in the massage.

When I get the full body scrub, I don't wear anything because after I get rubbed down, she leaves the room and I have to hop into the shower (Nordstrom). I just leave em off for the massage. More relaxing.

The first time I ever went I didnt know what to do so I went naked. I've been a few times since and I've worn underwear. The last time I went (a few weeks ago) the place had a policy that you keep them on.

I am shocked! I have never, EVER had a massage where they tried to massage my @ss or my stomach or my inner thighs! I just assumed it wasn't done and now I'm terrified that they will try to do that or make my undies into a thong without asking!

I've always worn undies. They will usually tuck the top sheet into the top of them when they are working on my back but that is about it.

No...but once at a resort in the Bahamas the female massue spent quite awhile massaging my rear( with the sheet on it though...)...it was so wierd

I wear a thong, but only 1 out of the (probably) 50 massages that I have received have ever touched my "cheeks".

As a massage therapist, I see it all. Underwear, no underwear, granny panties up to the waist, thongs, nakes people who thinkg they must be OVER the blanket... you name it!

Underwear made into a thong... sorry! BIG no no!!! Completely inappropriate and VERY uncomfortable for a client.

*I* wear panties for any massage because that's what *I* feel more comfortable with.

So the rule for NYS... you CAN expose the glut but only the "outter edge". The "center crack" (YES... TMI! but let's call it what it is!) is NEVER to be exposed. Either by pulling the sheet down or pushing it from the side.

If you have ANY concern, just tell your massage therapist that you do not want your glust exposed.

Do what YOU are most comfortable with when it comes to wearing underwear or not.
