Yes we are in Southampton...
We ordered the cabinets and countertop from Home Depot and the tub and toilet they had in stock... we got the tile from Lowes... I still have the receipts if you want an idea of prices.
The kitchen is the only room I don't like right now, but we are waiting until we have the $$ to redo it the way I want to.

Scott can I ask you , is it a PIA with having the vanity right up against the tub? we are redoing our bathroom this summer and right now the vanity is up against our tub and I hate it- we have to stretch and reach to turn on the shower, cant wait till we redo it! and to give our dogs a bath is a challenge I cant imagine leaving it that way when we have kids.

Thanks. Our master bath is purple and our guest bath is blue.
Scott surprisingly we dont use the tub as much as we thought. In the 8 months we're in the house hubby used it once and I've used it maybe 6 times and that would be a lot. It's great but just no real time to be alone.

Danielle uses it to take baths every once in a while, but not me I only use it for showers.
I love the way our bathroom turned out.

When I redid my bathroom... we asked the contractor to not only shift the vanity over a few inches (so my wife can clean between the tub and vanity).
We also asked her to shift the toilet over a foot so everything looks "centered". Shifting the toilet wasn't an easy task when the waste pipe went through the concrete slab. She had to break up the concrete to extend the waste pipe for the toilet... then re-cement. She did a pretty good job. Looks perfect.

We have two or three inches of space between the tub and the vanity

My wife wanted to be able to easily fit her hand in there... so we have more like 4-5 inches.
Moving the toilet over made this possible.
