PLEASE clean the snow off the roof of your car!
Why do so many people refuse to do this?!?!? In another day or 2 all that frozen snow will be flying off in chunks, hitting the car behind it. Makes me crazy how many cars I saw this afternoon with the roof packed with snow - don't people realize?!

So happy you said this! Not brushing/cleaning off your roof is one of my biggest pet peeves. I firmly believe that people should be ticketed for this. It is so incredibly dangerous, especially when it freezes, as you said! Grrrrrr!

Thank you for posting this! I was driving home getting so frustrated. You have snow hitting other cars as it flies off and I saw a few cars where the snow just slid down and they couldn't see out their back windows
I believe you can get ticketed for this but I'm not sure police actually follow through

Normally a huge pet peeve of mine but I gotta say, this winter I'm having a huge problem w/ a big preggo belly getting in the way. I just can't get to the middle of the roof of the car and I feel like shit that I can't do it.
I don't understand how people can drive without brushing off their windshields! How do they see out the back??

I say this all the time! If I can climb holding the oh shit handles on my truck and clean off the entire roof, so can everyone else. It drives me insane. DH does this. And I yell at him all the time for it

I just did this too and I have been in the house all day and def not leaving until tomor. I had to climb on the snow to reach the top of my SUV while holding the ski rack...yet I still did it. I cannot stand when people are so selfish and endanger others.

THANK YOU!!!! I hate people who leave it and let is slam into other people's windshield and view. It takes all of a couple of minutes to take it off.

To piggy back on this post - Please PLEASE don't forget to turn your lights on in inclement weather - rain, snow, sleet, etc. It is so difficult to see cars w/o their lights on when there is poor visibility and so many people forget that this is a law.

My scrapper/brush extends just for that reason....if I didn't have an SUV it would be even easier. Get them at Home Depot.

I'll always do this!! One time when I was younger & lazy, I didn't... as I was stepping on the breaks all of the snow on the roof slid to my front window. I couldn't see anything!!! Luckily, no cars in front of me and I stopped and I removed it. So scary.. This IS a ticket now!!

I'm 5 foot tall and have a mini van and am 6.5 months pg. I can't do it. I do what I can but it's not a ton. I'm not trying to be rude, it's just pretty impossible!
