When people say they "could care less" 
It's "i COULDN'T care less" implying you care so little that it's impossible for you to care any less.
Also.... they're, there, and their. Enough said!
I usually call them on that one.... 
"Oh, really? How much less COULD you care about it?"
"You COULD care less? So you DO care... interesting..."
Sometimes I'll intentionally use the phrase. "I could care less.... not much less, but I could care a bit less...."

She knows my mom works until 5:00, home at 6:00. Why call when you know she isn't there ALL THE TIME.
Yes, sometimes its nice to come home to a message from someone other then a bill collector or solitation but birthday wishes should be made when you know the person is home.

And I hate when my sons say "FAIL" or "LOSE" when they want someone to feel dumb. For example - Robbie falls while trying to do a skateboard trick and Noah says "That move was made of LOSE!" or when Noah says that he thinks their music teacher is pretty and Robbie says "FAIL!" instead of "No she isn't."

OMG I HATE that. My mailman handed my a package yesterday, I said thank yiu, he said your welcome hun or babe (can't remember which) I was left

*People who stop in the middle of a heavy walking traffic area to look for something in their purse or talk. (e.g. Costco members when they stop in the entrance when looking for their card.)
*People who decide they don't want to be behind a big truck (me ) and decide to go around and cut me off without realizing we're coming to a stop. My vehicle is 8000lbs +...I can't stop on a dime! It's gonna' hurt you more than it's gonna' hurt me! Especially with my heavy duty steel bumper! 
*Yes, I'm tall. Is it necessary to point it out to me? Do people really think I'm unaware of my height???
*Smokers (not all, but most):
-I hate walking or driving behind them when they smoke because of the smell.
-I hate standing next to them in line because they stink.
-I hate their cigarette butts on the ground. They seem to be everywhere, but in an ashtray. (I love how smokers toss the butts out their window because they don't want to dirty/stink their car up.  )
*People who drive vehicles like they're driving 18 wheelers.
*Chicks who yap on the phone at the nail salon, especially those who intentionally talk so the other customers will hear the conversation. No, that's ok...I'm not here to relax or anything. You just keep yapping away at our expense!
*Most people on the self-checkout line. Mainly because the don't have a clue.

- people who talk on cell phones while in the bathroom stall
- people who are flying in the left hand lane, and come up behind you and ride your azz until you are forced to move out of the way or risk dying in a horrible crash
- cashiers who don't even pay attention to you, the customer. can't even be bothered to say 'thank you' or just throw your things in a bag and hand it to you while looking off in the other direction
- people on the subway platforms who don't even wait for you to get off the train before they try and barrel their way in
- people who post their every insignificant move on FB and think we care
- people who don't RSVP is a big one..
- drunk girls in the bathrooms at bars
- people who can't use the English language properly (i don't mean non-native speakers, just lazy people who should know better)

when I go to 7-11 and buy a 16 oz coffee, 1 liter bottle of water and bag of twizzlers and ask for a bag and they stuff it in the smallest paper bag they can find.
when I see moms or dads driving while using their cell phones with their kids in the car.

"To be fair/honest..."
"The fact of the matter is..."
-Radio station or tv station flippers.
-People who don't wait for you to get off the subway before they get on it.
-People who lack common sense. I work with someone who is Ivy League educated, yet asked two days ago, "where does pork come from?" He also didn't know that you need to give a gift at a wedding.

Oooh yes...this one is huge for me! Can't believe I forgot to list it.
As they slam into me trying to get on the train before I get off I yell "If you wait for me to get off...they'll be more room for you!" and then I push through them

Totally agree, people who don't rsvp to an invite drive me insane! I give them the benefit of the doubt the first time in case it was just circumstance but if it happens more than once, they never get an invite again! My fav were the ones who didn't respond to our wedding invite! Lovely.
This is my hugest pet peeve...why is it so hard to say yes or no. I don't care if you don't come or if you don't want to come - I don't care if you make up a lame excuse...JUST LET ME KNOW!!!

i have many but my biggest one is people who take up the whole aisle in supermarkets so you can't pass or see the item. They put their cart in the middle of the aisle and then stand in front of the other side so there is no way to pass. Or they walk really slow in the middle so you can't possibly go around them. I'm usually running to the store after work and still have a million things to do. I'm not there to dilly dally and spend hours there. Get the he11 out of the way!!!

STAY HOME rather than passing it along to the entire office martyr! In this day of telecommuting, even if you think you're so important that you cant miss 1 day of work, you can at least work from home
