Party City rents helium tanks
So I bought the boxed one from Wal-mart 19.99 blows up around 30 balloons. I saw this woman returning a tank at Party City and she told me it's 30.00 with a 100.00 deposit but blows up almost 90 balloons. Good to know for big events
