What are some other party stores besides Party City?
I am looking for masks for my students- just the ones they can wear over their eyes. Michaels and AC Moore both had black and white plastic ones, which I didn't really like.

You might be able to find that kind of stuff at Target as well in the party section.

I just bought a bunch of platters, serving bowls, etc at Target's 1/2 price summer sale.
Love Cedarhurst Paper. For balloons, I get them at the Dollar Store by me.
Papergoods - I bought at Costco
Favors - You can try Star Track in Farmingdale for misc items. I just had all of Maddie's favors shipped last week.
Just re-read - go to Star Tracks for masks

There is also part giant in N. Bellmore and I think there is one on Hempstead Turnpike on the east meadow/levittown border!!
Also you may want to check like family dollar or bigger dollar stores I always see kid craft stuff in them.
