overnight oats
I am obsessed with these, has anyone made them? I made one batch with PB powder, almond milk and some banana
and another batch with almond milk, sugar free strawberry jam and some frozen blueberries and chia seeds to both batches

Yes! I've been making them for years and then the interwebz caught on.
I call it "coldmeal"...cold oatmeal!
I don't eat them much in the winter but in the summer, I love them! I always use soymilk, unsweetened vanilla. I use old-fashioned oats mixed with some steel-cut oats. I love adding berries or peaches and a bit of cinnamon. It's so good!

Overnight oats has been our go to breakfast for weeks now. It's the BEST!!!!
For me, I usually put about 1/3 cup oats, 1/3 cup yogurt, 2/3 cup of milk, a teaspoon of chia seeds, cut up half banana and some other kind of fruit like blueberries. SO SO GOOD!!!!
