Our rent is going up!!!!!!!!!!!
We've been here for almost a year and they are raising it 3%!!!  We are awesome tenants! We take care of their stuff when they go away, we aren't loud or messy and they are raising it! I thought after two years, okay, but after 11 months!!!!!!!!! sorry, have to vent. I'm annoyed b/c it is a small apartment to begin with, we are inundated with crickets and spiders, have a tub that always gets clogged and I'm so annoyed. I know it could be worse. It could be taxes or even higher, but still...I'm annoyed!

That stinks!!!!
I moved into my coop and the next month, they raised the monthly fee $25!!!
It's probably their taxes and stuff--maybe it's the school budget... but it still seems really quick!!!

Sorry!! But tell your landlords you are not paying a penny more until they fix your tub and get an exterminator to get rid of the crickets and spiders. That might hold off the rent raise a little while!!

The exterminator and plumber have been here several times. As for our shower issue, I don't let hair go down the drain. We are really taking care of this place.
