Our New Little Guy - Teemu
Meet our new little guy - Teemu! We traveled all the way to Indiana to get him. He is a Finnish Lapphund, Spitz mix. We are crate training him, so I am exhausted from taking him out at night when he needs to use the bathroom. We are trying to feed him earlier and remove the water earlier, so hopefully there will be less late night trips outside.
Jack (our younger cat) is curious but super cautious around Teemu. When he is in his crate, Jack will sit on top and peak through the window on the side (it is one of those soft crates). And when Teemu is out of the crate, Jack will sit about two cat lengths away and stare at Teemu (but if Teemu gets too close, Jack gets nervous and runs away). I think they just might end up buddies (Teemu was raised in the cat section of the shelter so he LOVES kitties!)

so cute ..by the way my Alfie loves those loofa dog toy you have in the pic.. he walks around with it in his mouth prettymuch all day like the petco commercial.. we are constantly getting him new ones because it gets yucky
