omg i just ate the best prego dinner EVER
wow, i just made spaghetti squash,
ive never had it or made it before in my life
went to the store the other day and its been sitting on my counter so tonite im like "eh i guess ill make it"...i even made veggie dogs in case cause i figured i wouldnt like it..lol
i made it with sauce i defrosted, and some parmesan...
i will NEVER eat fattening pasta again
omg it was insane please try it!
i couldve eaten 3 plates!

Well as good as that sounds, I definately have you beat for best preggo dinner ever. Tonight I had Mint Cookies and Cream Ice cream for dinner  The indigestion would not allow me to look at anything else
I will have to try the spaghetti squash when I can eat red sauce again!!

they have it in the regular produce section, it looks like a cream colored eggplant...
you cut it in half, clean out the seeds in the middle, drizzle olive oil, kosher salt ground pepper, chopped garlic, (i put red pepper flakes, cause this baby is all of a sudden SPICY) and italian seasonings, i cooked it on 375 for 40 minutes, and scraped it down the middle with a fork (once you do it, youll see what i mean about it becoming spahetti-ish shaped)
i put sauce i had already made, and parmesan cheese,
it was DELISH,.
although, mint oreo cream ice cream does sound better lol thanks alot!

change that to hazelnut gelato and I'm right there with you 
can't wait for the gestational diabetes to be over... I want a scoop right now!

Mmmmm! I live on the South Shore, and I nearly convinced my husband to drive to Leonetti Bakery/cafe in Greenvale tonight for my hazelnut gelato! Theirs is AMAZING!!!

I love it! I used to it all the time when I was on the southbeach diet. I really didn't miss pasta at all. DH liked it too! It looks like angel hair pasta.

im tellin you, ive been a dieter my WHOLE life...if i woulda known this was so good, i wouldve been skinny for years lolllllll
if it didnt take alil longer then pasta, id eat it EVERYTIME instead of it..
Im gonna make a bunch, and freeze it in portions i decided last nite, im still obsessed over it lol
it tastes BETTER then pasta i thought...
i am a vegetarian though, so i DO love veggies, BUT..it tastes like angel hair only a tiny bit sweeter..it was VERY refreshing..

I love it too - I saute it with cut up zucchini, garlic and the canned diced tomatoes with the garlic and spices already added.
Sooooo easy and so yummy!
