Okay...what's going on here? I have not lost one pound?!
I totally changed my eating habits. I'm working out - I am back at the gym and went 5 times last week and so far this week went twice, planning on going another three times this week, I want to keep it up 5 times a week. I get on the scale this morning and NO change? What am IO doing wrong? I only have bread in the morning - maybe twice a week - cut out all bad food.. I just don't get it and I am very discouraged right now..

Your body weight can fluctuate due to so many factors. Gauge yourself by how your clothes fit, take your measurements and then see if they have changed. I am aslo a "slave" to the scale and am slowly trying to rethink my behavior

I am in the same boat! Two weeks of healthy eating and exercise and NADA. I'm trying to stay strong and not get discouraged. Alot of people are telling me I could be losing fat but gaining muscle and that's why the scale hasn't budged. Hang in There!

Do your clothes fit better?
I haven't lost any lbs. but when I work out everybody starts telling me I look thinner. I think you're probably adding muscle so you don't see the difference on the scale.

I'm in the same exact boat as you! A month of going on the treadmill for an hour 4X a week, a week of adding weight training, and sttill nothing!!! I just bought Hydroxycut Hardcore becase I was so ******, but now I;m hearing its not good for you!! I'm at a lost with you!!

i know that i used to think i was eating healthy- but once i joined WW, i realized i really wasnt- for example- i thought you could eat fruit whenever, because it was healty- but fruit still has a lot of sugar and calories- have you tried taking a closer look at exactly what you are eating?? are you also getting your calcium and enough water as well as the protein?
