OK - I'm a picture wh0re tonight - but I wanted to share these...
We had the most amazing weekend.
Last November was my birthday. As part of my bday gift, I told DH I wanted to go to the aquarium over the summer. We didn't have the money saved up yet, but we finally managed to save some to go this past weekend. We spent the weekend at my grandmother;s house in Shelter Island. It was so nice being there again, and having Cailen there. I grew up going to that house.
Also, Cailen was just the way I pictured he would be at the aquarium. Running from tank to tank, shrieking, "WOW! Look at DAT!"  It was sooo worth the wait!!!

He was getting sooo tired at this point!!!
These pics are my favorite - Cailen LOVED the sea rays. He loved petting them, and feeding them. He got right in there and was a natural - it was sooo cute. He giggled when they swam over to him!!!
Mommy even played on the rock wall!!!
I caved and bought Cailen a stuffed sea ray. Here is pooped on the ride home!!
Thanks for looking. This was such a special day!!!

There is something very cute and endearing about them - I always loved them. They are so animated for flat, slimy animals!!!
