Did anyone have their anatomy scan yet? Mine is scheduled for next Friday and I am a nervous wreck. I am hoping we will get good news and then I can finally start to relax a little bit!

Not yet mine is early April. DH wants to start shopping since all the first trimester testing was normal but I'm a nervous nelly so I'm holding out until we leave the hospital after the scan.

Mine is Tuesday. I'm exited, but nervous. It is all so stressful. Dh and I will find out the gender next week. He is convinced we are having another girl...

Feeling good otherwise except my teeth are taking a beating. Just called my lovely ob to find out what is safe to numb.... this stupid tooth is the first hassle and hopefully the only.

I have mine on Monday the 16th - can't wait to get past this step, we are somewhat nervous. Got quad screen results last week and inhibin levels were off, so we are worried and hoping all is ok.

Wishing u good news with your scan next week!

Mine is also early April. I just had my 16 week, although technically I was 17 weeks. Everything looked pretty good even though I was so nervous before leaving for the appt. I'm hoping the anatomy scan will bring some relief too but I don't think the nerves will entirely go away.

Honestly, it is not as hard as you think. Just give them something else to distract them. Hold old are they now?

Bringing our DD with us. She's 18 months, but will be 19 months at the end of this month. Our scan is next month. I'm sure she won't sit still but thankfully we have the earliest appointment(7:30am) so hopefully it doesn't take too long.

Re: ***OFFICIAL AUGUST 2015 THREAD***

So I'm sitting in my OBs office right now. Had 3 contractions in the last hour. Nothing painful or uncomfortable but I keep thinking too early for Braxton Hicks?! Or maybe gas?! We shall soon see.

I have been feeling that lately too (4th pregnancy) and asked my doctor around my 16 week visit. He said too early for BH but I'm just probably feeling the stretching of my uterus which is causing tightening feelings.

theyre 27 months. im down to a few minutes a day at night. it's been very slow, and im happy i ihavent had to rush them through weaning. my end goal is 28 weeks, so i still have time. last night i told them there was no more milk after they latched on and they seemed to get it and jumped right into daddys lap for a book <3

It's actually not too early for Braxton Hicks. I thought so too but I had some at 18wks (I'm 19wks now) so I did extensive research & spoke to 2 different docs besides my own & if you look into it/research it, you can have them as early as 10wks. However, In several books, sites etc it says unless it's much more than 6 in an hour it's actually not abnormal.

So it turned out to be Braxton Hicks due to dehydration. My cervix is closed and high and my bean is measuring perfect. What a scare.

Thank goodness! Hopefully you didn't have to wait too long in the office. Sometimes those wakes are the worst!

Re: ***OFFICIAL AUGUST 2015 THREAD***

How is everyone doing this week?

I had an OB visit and was told that they won't even bother scheduling a csection since I have a history of preterm deliveries(35 and 36 weeks). They are going to just check my cervix when I go back in 4 weeks then go every 2 weeks there after. If my cervix starts to dilate around 34 weeks then they will just send me to the hospital for my csection. Due to one of my incisions from my last section (vertical inside ) I can't go into labor.
