i would think so. 1,800 extra sq ftg will probably double those taxes.

They may be the current owner's tax charges, who (like the previous owners of our house) get extra credits due to being sr citizens, etc. the previous owners of our house were paying 1/3 the regular taxes!
I love that house too, but i love a house with a fireplace - that would make it perfect lol

now that is a HOUSE! I would take it as is, furniture and all! Its perfect! 
So hard to find homes with their original old character these days.
